Hey everyone! Episode seven of the Three Strikes…yer OUT! podcast is now published and available on apple podcasts in iTunes. Next up, something a little different! This will be game-by-game commentary on the complete 1972 World Series between the Cincinnati Reds and the Oakland A’s! This is still one of my favorite World Series of all time. It was a nail biter to the end and featured some all-time great plays, fantastic pitching, and some surprise heroics. (No spoilers here…heh, heh!) This is an extra long episode, so sit back, relax, open a cold beverage, and enjoy one of the classic World Series in Major League Baseball history. Enjoy!

• Johnny Bench, probably the all-time best catcher in Major League Baseball!
• All-time MLB hits leader and Reds great, Pete Rose.
• One of the best 2nd basemen ever, and a personal favorite of mine, the Reds Joe Morgan.
• The backbone of the A’s pitching staff, the great Catfish Hunter!
• The guy who invented the term “closer”…the great A’s reliever, Rollie Fingers!
• The fantastic fielding of the great A’s Left Fielder, Joe Rudi!
• World Series heroics by Gene Tenace! Who’s he? Listen and find out!
